Return Policy

You can return any product for any reason within 10 days of purchasing. Contact me via info@nickmoodyart.com to sort things out.

In order to qualify for a refund, the product must not be damaged in any way. Never accept a damaged parcel. All shipments are insured. If the parcel has been damaged upon arrival, the parcel service will be liable. Don’t accept the parcel and contact me right away at info@nickmoodyart.com.

If you decide to return the undamaged artwork, you will be responsible for covering all shipping and handling fees. Costs for return shipments are non-refundable.

Please send back the artwork with insurance in its original packaging and provide a tracking number.

Once I receive the product back in good condition, I will initiate the refund. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. I will use the same payment method you used to purchase the product.

Send the product back to the sender's address on your receipt.
